Return Process

Reach out to our support team within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number and confirm your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
